Frequently asked

Can I just pick one area for my whole Bali trip?

5–7 days: one base is usually enough. 7+ days: most people split between south (Seminyak/Canggu/Uluwatu) and Ubud. 10+ days: add a third stop like Sidemen, Amed or the Nusa islands.

Which Bali area is best for first-time visitors?

Ubud is the safest first-time pick — calm, walkable, culturally rich. Seminyak and Sanur are also strong. Avoid Kuta unless you're specifically there to learn to surf cheaply.

Which area has the best beaches?

Uluwatu (Bukit Peninsula) has Bali's most dramatic coastline. Seminyak has the widest, most accessible sunset beach. Sanur is calmest. The Nusa islands have the best snorkelling.
