Bali has shifted from "dirt cheap" to "good-value Asia" over the past decade. Canggu now matches parts of Bangkok for villa rent and dining. Sanur and the north remain much cheaper. This page lays out realistic daily costs across budget tiers so you can plan with the right expectations.
